Wanda D. Ramsey

Wanda D. Ramsey is Senior Director, Sales & Operations Planning & Fulfillment Operations. Wanda is from Louisville, Kentucky and has spent most of her career in the world of Supply Chain and Manufacturing Leadership. Although she is an industrial engineer, her career has allowed her to develop skills focused on business process execution and improvement. Wanda has worked for well renowned companies including UPS, General Motors Corporation, and Ford Motor Company.

Wanda is a philanthropist and dedicates much of her free time to mentoring, community endeavors with her church Burnett Avenue Missionary Baptist Church, the Chestnut Street Family YMCA, and her sorority Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc.

In 2020 Wanda was named as a co-lead for GE Appliances’ Black Excellence employee resource group for Black people and Allies at GE. Wanda is a 2021 graduate of Blue Circle Leadership’s Transformational Leadership Program for Multicultural Women and a 2023 graduate of the Inaugural Cohort of Leadership Louisville’s Alice Houston Women’s Leadership Program.

Wanda currently leads the GBS Advisory Board ensuring we continue to pour in our African American young ladies with structuring the most dynamic events, programs, and sponsorships that will allow GBS to soar and maintain resiliency beyond measure.

HOLLIE SANFORD

Hollie is a Scholar, Child Actor, Influencer, & Entrepreneur that is committed to ensuring that GBS voices are heard . She will connect directly with Girls Beyond Statistics Leadership Team and provide immediate feedback on programming. Hollie will highlight areas of opportunity and provide fun youthful innovative event recommendations that will align to the GMS mission.

TAYLOR MAXWELL

Taylor is a Magma Cum Laude graduate from Clak Atlanta University currently pursing Medical School to become an OBGYN. Taylor’s goal is to secure her own practice in an underserved community. With Taylor’s skills and passion to help others, she will ensure that the sharing of her talents will allow GBS program participants the opportunity to gain leadership skills that she has acquired along her journey. She will also weigh in on quarterly activities, annual retreats, and events that support the growth of being equipped to become a GBS graduate that is resilient in today’s society.
